Can I make a return or exchange?

We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.

How do I choose my size?

A chart is provided to help choose the appropriate size as an image in the product's detail page.

Is there a physical store I can go to?

Yes, we are located at 11805 Beverly Blvd, Whittier, CA 90601. We currently only operate via appointment. Please be sure to book an appointment prior to arrival at our location. For all of our boutique products, you may find them on our website or when you visit us, during your scheduled appointment.

When will my items ship?

Items will ship within 1-2 business days. An email with tracking information will sent, informing you of successful shipment.

What type of shipping do you offer?

We currently only offer USPS standard shipping. Items take 3-5 business to arrive after shipping.

How do I qualify for free shippping?

If you make an order of $100 or more, you will be offered free standard shipping (3-5 business days). Be sure to click the option for free shipping at checkout!
